**Converting driving directions and waypoints**
Go to Google Maps and search for places, addresses or driving directions. Then use [[http://www.elsewhere.org/journal/gmaptogpx/ GMapToGPX]] bookmark to generate GPX file.
**Converting custom maps**
If you created path and saved it in My Maps in Google Maps, click on __View in Google Earth__ link. Convert downloaded KML file with [[http://www.gpsvisualizer.com/convert_input GPSVisualiser]].
**Open GPX file in Maverick**
- Send GPX file to yourself by email or use [[http://www.dropbox.com/referrals/NTQzOTczMTI5 Dropbox]]. Then just tap on the file and Maverick will import it and store in appropriate folder.
- Manually copy GPX file to SD card to the /maverick/tracks or /maverick/waypoints folder.
