TeraCopy FAQ

I'm interested in buying TeraCopy Pro and was wondering if I will get free updates to newer versions, I have to re-buy it, each time it is updated?
All future updates are free for registered users.

Trying to figure out how to re-run error files that did not copy over first time thru please?
Just click Clean Up button to leave only problem files and press Copy button again.

TeraCopy crashes when you try to open it after install on Vista.
"You have to turn off DEP (data execution prevention):

• Right Click My Computer > Properties > Advanced System Settings > Advanced Tab > Settings > DEP tab
• Then
  • Option 1: Select bullet 1 and restart if necessary or
  • Option 2: Select bullet 2 and add the teracopy.exe from its installed folder and restart if necessary
• Now apply

This should work for vista users. I have Vista Ultimate x64 and this worked for me ;)"
