Make Scroll Lock option either when Enabled or Disabled.

Add option for enabling Teracopy when Scroll-Lock is Enabled, as well as disabled. Terra copy is great for big copy jobs but it is a PINA if only doing single file copies. For Excel, Scroll Lock messes up shifting between cells.
