1. Load on Windows Startup remains unchecked every time I go to Configure > Options, even though I checked it the previous time before closing the dialog.

2. Double click not working, was still working in the previous version.

I'm seeing these two bugs as well.

There is at least one more bug:
DF in Version 4 can't be used by other users on the same PC except the one, who installed it.
In DF Version 3.8 it's OK.

Yes this is happening to me in Chrome, Win7, DF4. Its also happening in Sublime Text for me right now, but its actually going one step further and automatically saving as soon the dialog pops up.

I just tried Direct Folders 4.0 on a new Windows 10 installation (latest base version 21H1, and fully updated past that).  Every time I try to launch it I get "Failed to load DLL dfh32.dll".  I previously was using Direct Folders 3.8.  I made sure it wasn't running when I installed 4.0, although I kept a backup copy of my Direct Folders AppData.  I uninstalled 4.0 and reinstalled, and got the same error again when I tried to run it.

Additionally, Windows Defender flags the installer as a PUA (Potentially Unwanted Application).  I know how to get around this but you might want to see if you can get the installer whitelisted.

@Code Sector, any response to any of these bug reports?  Thanks.

I'm getting the same "Failed to load DLL dfh32.dll" but on Windows Server 2019. I have a paid licence.

I solved the "Failed to load DLL dfh32.dll" issue, link here:

UPDATE

I've updated my Win 10 to Win 11 and now DF works fine except the function "add here": It doesn't take the folder but my Admin folder of win.

a possible bug:
On an spanish latin american keyboard, in order to write the @ character you need to hit ALT GR + Q, which Direct Folders takes as the same combination to show the menu... I've tried any possible combination to change the behavior, but to no avail - no other option but to uninstall...

I have a windows tablet with a US keyboard... there, this issue doesn't happen...

For me double click works only if made on desktop (not in file explorer).
It's not possible to change keyboard shortcuts tho recall favourites or recent.
Any change to the original settings cause all shortcuts not working.
