Changing icons doesn't work on Windows 10
As title. On a fresh install of Win10 and I can't change the default icons after selecting a new ICO when double clicking.

Hi again.
I just installed v4.0 as instructed and I still can't change the actual icons. The last time it worked for me was on Windows 7. Any other thoughts?
