Find a way to take over file copying from the explorer zip drag and drop.
When I extract from a zip/7zip/rar/etc tetra copy doesn't appear to handle the copy and instead windows is moving it over from /temp.

Nothing TeraCopy can do when your archive software explicitly calls Windows' shell copy routine(s).
Maybe you ask the archive software's author(s) for a change?
